In the development of new energy to address climate change, the world is gathering stronger consensus, and energy storage as a key technology to solve the bottleneck of new energy consumption will show further significant growth trends. In 2024, new energy storage will be included for the first time in the Government Work Report, and at the same time, the country will release the "Medium - and Long Term Plan for the Development of the Hydrogen Energy Industry (2021-2035)", which will accelerate the development of new energy storage and hydrogen energy.
The theme of this summit is "Energy Storage & Hydrogen Industry Investment, Financing, and Sustainable Development (ESG)", focusing on policy support and planning for new energy storage and hydrogen energy, capital investment and financial services, market demand and application scenarios, international cooperation and competition, and the value of ESG governance in promoting high-quality sustainable development of enterprises. Leaders from various fields such as government, industry, academia, research, and finance, China National Institute of Standardization, domestic and international industry associations, relevant units of State Grid Corporation of China, analysis institutions, and leading enterprises in the energy storage and hydrogen energy industry, as well as financial and crowdfunding institutions, are invited to jointly explore new paths and investment and financing characteristics for the development of new energy storage and hydrogen energy industries, grasp the trends and opportunities of industry development, plan investment strategies reasonably, and promote investment. The hydrogen energy storage industry is developing in a standardized, orderly, sustainable, and high-quality manner.
